As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, and as a subsidiary of KPC, KUFPEC believes that HSE is of

paramount importance.  Oilfield operations are conducted in harsh and precarious conditions which

require utmost attention and adherence to HSE regulations.  The company is in the process of

implementing its HSE Management System and is continually monitoring its performance to ensure

improvement.  Operated assets are monitored according to KUFPEC’s HSE measures while non operated

ventures are monitored through partner’s HSE reports.  HSE will continue to be high on the company’s

agenda and continuous improvement is sought in all ventures.
