Coral Reefs of Kuwait

As part of our firm commitment towards environmental awareness, KUFPEC publishes the critically acclaimed “Coral Reefs of Kuwait” book. The 270-page book explores the amazing diversity of marine ecosystems in the Arabian Gulf, shedding light on the multiple risks endangering the sustainability of the coral reefs of the State of Kuwait. The “Coral Reefs of Kuwait” book follows on the success of its predecessor “Birds of Kuwait” book, released by KUFPEC previously. The book a culmination of 8 years of research and underwater photography in cooperation with the non-governmental organization “Biodiversity East” and was assisted by many professional photographers, experts and scientific research institutions inside and outside Kuwait. “Our coral reefs are as important as any other natural resource and they must be protected and preserved for future generations.
